What Are We Here for as God’s People?
God has given His people a clear and compelling mission in the world:
- We are as Christians to be a people through whom God brings blessing to all nations, carrying His redemptive purpose into every corner of the earth.
- We are called to walk in God’s ways—justice, righteousness, and integrity—even when the world around us is corrupt and confused.
- We are to reflect the redemption we have received, showing compassion, mercy, and grace to others as God has shown to us.
- We are to represent God before the world, making His character visible and drawing people toward Him.
- We are to live lives that display God’s holiness, love, and truth, so that others are drawn to place their faith in Him.
- And above all, we are here to know the living God, loving Him with undivided loyalty and honoring the Lord Jesus Christ in both our worship and our witness.
